The girl behind the camera. Meet Manmeet Mandair.

I’m probably fixing your hair mid-shoot and telling you you look good every 5 minutes

For over a decade, I worked as a makeup artist in the wedding industry, always close to moments filled with emotion, anticipation, and connection. I witnessed countless love stories unfold. The quiet nerves before the ceremony, the joy, the tears, and everything in between.

But it wasn’t until I became a mother that I truly understood how quickly time moves. After having my daughter, I found myself wanting to capture every fleeting stage. The tiny details, the everyday moments, the feelings I never wanted to forget. That desire to hold onto those memories is what led me to the creation of 1805 Photography.

Now good light, real feelings, and the moments that happen when no one’s trying too hard... that’s my thing. I’m drawn to genuine emotion and all the in-between magic that usually steals the show. From popping the question to chasing kids around, I document it all in a way that feels easy, real, and completely you.

Mom life made me sentimental. Travel made me curious. so I picked up a camera and decided to freeze it in time.
